GleSYS AB (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a credit-based platform that turns creative prompts into game blueprints and generated assets. We act as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. Information we collect
- Account data — first name, last name, email address and a password hash created at sign-up.
- Billing data — credit purchase history, invoice details and payment method (currently bank transfer).
- Usage data — the prompts, projects and generated outputs you create, together with credit balances and service history.
- Technical data — IP address, device, browser and approximate location, used to secure the service.
3. How we use your data
- Provide the platform, generate blueprints and deliver credits.
- Process payments and send order confirmations.
- Prevent fraud, abuse and violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Respond to support requests and legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
We process personal data on the basis of contract performance (running your account), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), legal obligation (tax, accounting) and, where relevant, consent (optional analytics cookies).
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with processors that help us run the service (hosting, email delivery, payment reconciliation) under written agreements, and with authorities where required by law.
6. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure. Invoicing records are retained for the period required by applicable tax law (typically 5–10 years).
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing of your personal data by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We use transport encryption, hashed credentials and access controls to protect your data. No system is fully secure — please choose a strong password and keep it private.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, where required, sent by email.
