Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.

• 1 credit costs €0.10. Minimum purchase is 50 credits.
• Credits are prepaid, non-transferable and do not expire.
• No subscriptions, no trials — every purchase is a one-time top-up.
• Bank transfer instructions are sent by email after checkout. Credits activate once payment is confirmed.

Unused credits may be refundable under the conditions described in our Refund Policy.

You own the prompts you submit. Subject to full payment and to our Acceptable Use Policy, you receive a worldwide, royalty-free license to use the outputs you generate for personal, commercial and portfolio purposes. AI outputs are provided “as is” and may resemble outputs generated for other users.

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension of your account without refund of unspent credits used for infringing generations.

The platform, its interface, code, brand and documentation belong to GleSYS. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate, fit for a particular purpose or free from errors. You are responsible for reviewing any generated content before publishing or distributing it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature survive termination will continue to apply.
